Recognized as one of the area’s most prominent industry figures, Wellington hopes to bring his experience traveling and researching the range of culinary styles he offers in his range of cooking styles to his guests. Since leaving his native Brazil in 1984, Mr. Augusto has spent years sampling and experimenting with various cooking styles, as well as putting together stellar kitchen and dining room personnel at each restaurant.

Martin has made a successful and rewarding career by opening and operating unique restaurants. His folio includes the popular Vinny Testa's chain, which he founded, and Starbuck's American Bar and Grill in Hyannis, Massachusetts. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Management Corporation, which operated five restaurants in southeastern Massachusetts including Fred's Turkey House, Bloom's Prime Rib House and Stromboli's, the predecessor of Vinny Testa's. By pairing his entrepreneurial creativity with a passion for the hospitality industry, he has imagined, designed and operated six different restaurant concepts. In 1979 he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Brandeis University.

Robert W. Hoffman

Robert Hoffman has been in the retail and wholesale wine and liquor distribution and importing business for over 30 years.
